2023 Recaro SR3 seats
The Recaro SR-3 is an out-of-production JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) seat that was popular in the 1990s and early 2000s. Recaro did not manufacture a new SR-3 seat in 2023. Due to its age, the SR-3 is exclusively available in the used market, primarily on sites like eBay.
In late 2024, Recaro Automotive was purchased by the Proma Group after a bankruptcy filing. Production has resumed, but it is focused on modern seat designs. The most similar modern reclining performance seats offered by Recaro are the Sportster CS and the new RECARO SR-S
